It is the sole responsibility of the delegate to determine whether they need a visa and applying for their own visa. Non-US citizens who require a visa to enter the US should start the visa application process early to allow sufficient time for the visa application process. The visa processing time has increased post Covid-19. If you are residing in Africa or Asia we recommend starting the visa application process 5-6 months prior to the event date.
If you need an invitation letter to help facilitate the visa application process, email us at events@baosystems.com and provide the following information: full name as stated in your passport, passport number, nationality, country of residence, job title and organization name.
