Call for abstracts

DHIS2 Symposium | February 19-20, 2025 | Washington DC

BAO Systems, host of the DHIS2 Symposium, is pleased to invite you to submit an abstract to speak at the 10th annual DHIS2 Symposium.
Abstracts must be submitted online for consideration by December 6, 2024 by 11:59pm EST

The DHIS2 Symposium is a great opportunity for your organization to share your creative and impactful DHIS2 use cases with the larger digital health and development community.

Applicants who are residing outside of the U.S. should confirm funding for travel and submit their abstract early to allow enough time for visa applications in the event your abstract is accepted.

Topics

The DHIS2 Symposium is the place to discuss everything about DHIS2. We welcome all abstracts, but we are particularly interested in abstracts that cover:

  • Integrations and Interoperability (LMIS, HRIS, FHIR)

  • Infrastructure and Security

  • Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning

  • Non-Health Use Cases (Disaster Relief, Education, Supply Chain, Climate, Agriculture, etc.)

  • DHIS2 Applications

We want to hear from you if your organization is supporting a new approach, concept, or pilot, has an innovative solution or solves a shared frustration, or you have a meaningful use case that addresses a real-world challenge!

Assessment

We welcome abstracts for plenary and breakout sessions, and panel discussions. Abstracts will be evaluated on a rolling basis. You should expect to hear from us within 3 weeks of submission, or by December 15, 2024, at the latest.
